As we adapt to the ever-changing day to day with the COVID-19 pandemic, we want everyone to know we are in this together. Traxx Entertainment is constantly working with venue managers, planners, and other event professionals to maintain the positive outcome during this time of uncertainty. We are committed to helping our clients as much as we possibly can. We will be happy to honor and transfer any funds (no refunds) for services to the new reschedule date (pending availability) within 1 calendar year of this loss. Any retainers / funds already paid will be transferred to new date, without any additional fees or charges for the 1st reschedule and rebook date (any future reschedule dates beyond the first, may result in an additional charge / fee).
